The stupidest thing that can ever happened and it will probably be the first in history for student attachment. To board a taxi with a patient and to drive off without realizing that the supervisor is not on board of the cab, and to only realized that your supervisor is missing when you reach the hospital. That, was what happened to me, the supervisor, who had such an amazing student. Wonderful isn't it?
